All devices offer the same number of interfaces as well as maximum operating comfort thanks to modern multi-touch technology, in sizes from 4 to 12". The new hardware also offers significantly more performance for implementing visualization. The system limits have been greatly increased and even doubled in some cases. This enables implementing even larger applications than todate on a panel system. In order to guarantee the IT security of the devices, Siemens relies on a proprietary operating system and allows the user to deactivate functions or interfaces which are not required.
